Emma Guindon

Licensed Professional Counselor - Associate

Emma’s goal is to provide an environment where clients feel safe to be themselves as they journey toward healing. She plays a supportive role by building the client’s confidence to make changes needed to live a full and happy life, one small step at a time. She has experience working with athletes, trauma, adults in various life stages, life transitions, anxiety and depression. She is very passionate about working with military veterans and first responders who struggle with combat trauma, PTSD, and transitioning from active duty to civilian life. Another passion of Emma’s is working with current and former athletes who struggle with the pressures of performance, identity, and transitioning to life after sports. As a former collegiate athlete, she understands the stress that is present with sports and knows the difficulties of finding purpose when the time with your sport comes to a close.

Emma has been an athlete her whole life. She played softball at the collegiate level for 5 years. She will always be an athlete at heart and continues to find active hobbies where she can compete. Emma loves the outdoors and spends a lot of time with her dog and chickens. Her hobbies are painting/drawing, fishing, reading, crocheting, and spending time with family.
